Attention seekers!

Just been out to lunch with my friends Emily and Jo and their gorgeous babies.  We are all fairly new mums who work at the same school and it is so nice to meet up and chat. Today we met at Emily's house and I love her style. The truth is that I don't think I have ever been in a house that I did not find fascinaing or inspiring in some way. There is often a story behind the way it is decorated and the details reveals a little of the soul of the person. I love the bright clean spaces, feminine touches and french photographs.

I showed them my blog so far with a little embarrassment. This is my playground which I am enjoying creating but as usual with my experiments, has not yet fully reached anything near the potential I have sitting in my brain!

As we talked about blogging and creativity I realise that this is making me think and learn different ways. Am I wasting time or just evaluating my role in life?!

As I love looking at the houses of others so much I thought it was a good area of study - also makes me tidy up!!
